Hi. I just joined this list. I'm looking to replace my 5 gb hard drive in my Lombard and wondered what folks recommended. I hear there are issues with larger drives generating more heat and frying the computer. I'm running OS 9.1, 384 mb RAM. I am not planning to upgrade to OS X yet; I've also heard it doesn't work the best on this particular G3 chip (PowerPC 750L, LoneStar rev 2.2, copper G3, PVR = OxOOO882O2; using PPC checker freeware).
Is otherworld computing the best place to get new drives? Thanks! Jason Koontz _________________________________________________________________ Tired of spam?
