There is nothing illegal or improper about dissecting your Tibook into 
a zillion tiny pieces if you really want to... but it will surely void 
the warranty!  There are illustrated tear-downs out there somewhere on 
the net, but I can't seem to locate one right now.

As soon as the 1 year warranty is up on my iBook, I intend to rip her 
open and replace the measly 20GB 4200 rpm drive with something larger 
and faster (like the IBM 40GNX).  The stock drive is noisy, hot, and 
slow as molasses running uphill in January.
