indeed, probably not. there wasn't much national attention on the 
affects of games on kids back in 1989, so having Ms Wilson even comment 
on this topic is fairly unlikely.

Over the years, it's been attributed to several different Nintendo 
employees. A comedian named Marcus Brigstocke claims ownership to the 
"gag".
