I feel that Dan needs to address the problem, and respond in a manner
that shows responsibility and the desire to correct the problem. Complaining
is not the word I would use, but if there is a problem it will only be
repaired through positive communications and actions. A free service does
not equate to mediocrity or a less than desired product, at least not for
me.
I hope the problem is viewed in a more friendly and healthy manner by those
in charge.
