RE; I agree ,I spent a day eraseing my hardrive and reinstalling 10.2  
down from haveing upgraded to 10.6, just liitle things added up till my 
machine worked very poorly at just about everything, its now working 
perfect again,I know now not to upgrade anymore.also system disks for 
repairs no longer work with the upgrades either. PB 800  just my opinion
