I just got notice from Casady & Greene, who sell Spell Catcher, among 
other good utilities & games, that they are closing shop in a few days.

They are in the process of transferring their products to others (in many 
cases, to the original authors). For example, Spell Catcher is going back 
to Evan Gross, the original developer of Thunder7, the direct ancestor of 
Spell Catcher.
