Sure wish they had told me this when I bought a spare with my Lombard. I
kept it in the travel case and only used it when actually traveling out of
town, so it got very little use, unlike the main battery which got regular
use when traveling locally. Just recently I tried to use the spare and it
was dead as a doornail; tried the freezer thing but no luck.
