Laurence, I have two WallStreet. The 14" screen WS has two 256 MB modules-low profile. The Mac sees both for a total of 512 MB. The other has a 256 on top and 128 on bottom. 384 total. Runs good and no problems. Both Macs have Sonnet upgrades but they worked well before the upgrades. I recommend loading up with as much as you can afford. Especially if you are running OS X.
