It's a G4/667 Mhz.
Hi had to be the G4 If it had been the G3 powerbook then the adapter plug is the same as the 3400 etc and those psu's tend to go cheap on ebay.
However for the G4 honestly do not know as the connector is different However rather than trying to repair I think replace would be a better option.

The models on the left are for the G4 PB. $45 is a pretty good price for an AC Adapter. I bought an older style car adapter from them and it has worked quite well.
