Thanks for the response, Jim, but my plug broke, not due to a manufacturing
defect, but because my 210 lb. 16-year old tripped in my office and on the
way to the floor reached out for the nearest thing to break his fall which
happened to be the slide-out keyboard drawer on which my PowerBook sits. The
computer survived the tumble but the plug. Fortunately I'm able to use the
charger from my 19-year old's iBook until I can repair or replace mine.
