I fixed this problem with my Wallstreet. The power receptacle solder connection has 
failed. It's easy to solder, but you have to take the thing apart to get to it. If 
your queasy about soldering, then take the board out and see if you can get an 
electronic technician to fix it. Stereo and TV Techs should know how to solder, and it 
is a 30 second job to do it. Do you have a friend that is an electrical engineer or 
technician?

If you want to attempt it your self, make sure you use a good electronic iron and 
rosin core solder (don't use acid core). The connector is big, so you don't have to be 
too precise. Clean the flux off afterward with flux remover.
