Could mean your On board ram took a dump,
Try installing a known good 64-128 SODIMM, (be sure to remove the battery and un-plug it before playing with it) Also let it sit for about 30 minuntes with no battery and not plugged it before installing the ram.

Hello everyone,
Recently, my Indigo Clamshell 366 iBook began chiming 3 times at start up. In my research, I have found that this means "no ram banks passed memory testing" and I am not sure what to do. I have removed the RAM from the top side. Still the same thing. Does this mean a new mother board?
Thanks for any advice.
Kyle
