Actually, Powerlogix only guarantees Apple's original specs of 192 MB. They
do mention that using twin 128 mb seems to work, but do not offer any
guarantees. I was successful on my Wallstreet with 128 mb in each, but could
not go higher. I spoke with a lot of people who were able to go with 512 mb.
In all of the successful cases, they were using premium ram modules like
Crucial or Kingston (which I tried Kingston, but still only could get 256
total to work).

The Wallstreet ram modules also fit Imacs with revision through D (266 mhz).
