Mine was purchased from Googlegear (now ZipZoomFly) a while ago at $126, though I don't see that model in their listing now. (Check one of the price finder sites for best deals.)
As for installation, it was really quite easy. However, care must be taken to seat all connections (particularly the processor module) securely. My instructions came from the PowerBook "manual" originally shipped with the computer.
