I recently upgraded to Panther (10.3.2), and it's very nice. I'm impressed with how much faster my Lombard seems. Only one problem: When I run the Disk Utility to repair permissions, it runs for about a minute, then hangs. The screen becomes dimmer, then dimmer still. I don't get the Kernel Panic message, but the only thing that thaws the freeze is a restart.
