I respectfully suggest to the listmom that whenever a new mailing list mechanism is finally established for the LEM-related lists, that he find a way to either restrict access to the list archive to those subscribed, or that the archived posts be scrubbed of email addresses. Then I'll re-subscribe with a new email address and kill off this one.

I concur. However, I'd rather see the latter (scrubbed email addresses). I often refer non-subsribers to the archives so that they can get a feel for the lists before they decide to sign up. Having a "preview" available is handy. Also, I regularly sift through several of the list archives to which I am not a subscriber. I'm mildly interested in the conversations, but mostly I'm looking for specific knowledge about some function or other of my Macs...

Peace,
Drew
