You've got yourself a Lombard not a Wallstreet and I can concur with Jim's diagnosis... it's a known problem with the Lombards and as far as I know (and I've researched this a good bit) is that the only fix is a hardware replacement as Jim indicated.... as Jim said, sorry for the bad news...

Ed,
I had this same problem with my Lombard. It means you need a new
processor card and the Level 2 cache isn't working. Easy to install but cost
me about $400. Sorry for the bad news...
