RE; I know what you mean about comp-usa, the store in tampa is just awful,yet the superstore a couple of miles from me has been excellent, they really vary alot here.


Does CompUSA offer their warranty even if you did not purchase the computer
from them?


I do not like using CompUSA for anything Apple, but if it is my only choice,
then I am forced to.

They cover a lot of stuff that Apple doesn't. It's actually a good warranty.
You would have to bring in your machine so that they could test it (5 minute
thing) and make sure it is functioning and it has to be within the
manufacturers warranty still...which I assume yours is.
