My comments above on CompUSA refer to the 2 Orlando stores. Most of the sales people at both locations do not know the difference between ram and hard drives ( I heard one guy stating the memory was 20 GB, when in fact that was the hard drive). I have never used their service techs, so do not know how they fair (I would expect there are good ones and bad ones). I spent many hours in these stores helping answer questions on Macs to customers and turning on the systems so they could be shown (most were off, or at the sign on page). While the PC section was all running as it should be (another gripe, the Apple section was in the back far corner of the store!). Thankfully, we now have an Apple Store to go to here in Orlando, and there may be a second since they are excepting apps on there job site for "future positions" in Orlando.
