Bad news, my friend your hard drive has died. The clicking sound, is the
tall tale sign your hard drive is dead. The second factor is Tech tool Pro
can't find your hard drive. I hope you have your data backed up. If you
haven't backed up your data, you might try the freezer trick, to temp mount
your hard drive so you can back up your data before installing a new hard
drive.

Ok, I have a 500mhz Pismo. All has been fine, I tried to start it up,
but all I get is click, click, click from the drive. It has a 48 gig
Travelstar in it. After the clicking, it shows the question mark and
the finder folder. I tried booting with tech tool pro, all it found
for volumes was the CD!! I really hope this is not the end of my hard
drive.

Please help!!!
