Have you tried switching the frequency on your ABS, or tried the "interference robustness" option on your laptop? They may not work, but they're free, so they couldn't hurt.
The other option might be to buy another brand of wireless router with an adjustable antenna. They are much cheaper then any of the ABS antenna options, and most include 4 wired connections for other computers. I have a D-Link that can be found for around $30 on sale.
