Well, I couldn't find it, so I got my previous top case, then, I found it.
Unscrewed 3 underneath screws that hold the top case to the bottom case. Was
able to pry the top case open enough to realize it was missing the little
magnet. Did remove the magnet from the old top case and dropped it into the
new top case. Screwed case back. Working perfectly now!
