IMO not necessary as the Mac OS X.3 boots so fast...

Sure, but then I still have to have my apps setup as I like them, and if I was working on a file I have to go and find it and re-open it, etc.


Like I said, not a huge deal, just curious.

It's not like I'm off the computer for that long on an average day anyway ;-)
