On that page, Wegener states "IDENTICAL to original DVD or CDROM drive (same faceplate, same look, etc)! No ugly faceplates or non-matching hardware!" which may mean either (a) the plastics are identical, or (b) the drive can accomodate the original plastics.
If anyone here has purchased this drive, how is the appearance after replacement?
