That's my point.  The who is a wide variable, thus the question is
impossible to answer except by specific transaction.  "Value" is utterly
subjective and thus moot.  Offer at the price he cares to get, and if it
doesn't sell, no doubt the value will drop.  Your answer affirms my point as
well:  "...whatever..."
