Most use T-Mobile. You can sign up for a pay as you go service which is .10
per minute with a minimum of 60 minutes or you can pay monthly or annually.
Kinkos, Starbucks, many airports and parking facilities are using this
service so your one time registering works everywhere.

I do not work for T-Mobile. I have used the service on a pay as you go.
