Are there ways of installing Panther on a Wallstreet ?
Is it worth it from a performance point of view ?
I think XPostFacto supports the Wallstreet, and yes, based on my experience installing it on a a 300 Mhz iMac, it's worthwhile. Panther is pretty snappy; it runs roughly as fast as OS 9 will on the same hardware.
