Yeah it should work, the clamshell will just slow it down to match its own bus speed. The interesting thing is that most on-line memory retailers will note that the memory they have for all Clamshells are rated at PC100 speed i.e. 100MHz, but the Clamshell's bus operates at 66MHz. So when you stick a PC100 memory stick in, the computer will run it at PC66 speed. It should do the same with a PC133 memory stick too.
