We need to see the entire mailer-demon part of the bounced message, this tells the error encountered.
If they're coming back after four days, then the problem is that they're not getting delivered.
Your ISP are asses; I'd shop for another one, if possible.
That said, ti could be the llist server, it could be your ISP; but we need to see the error part of the messages.
