Not cool at all ! I'm pretty sure that's a violation of eBay policy and is sleazy at the least. And if he is overseas but the item is here in the states I would be very very cautious ! That is a very common scam used on Craigslist and other places laptops are sold. Anything I buy through on-line places like eBay I only pay with Paypal which will protect the buyer or USPS money orders.
