It's getting realy fishy now.... And I would never make a large purchase from someone on eBay "0" feedback. Everyone has to start somewhere but that would be a risky thing to do for very much money. And CC-Paypal payments are covered but we all (consumers) end up paying the cost in the long run. Only Paypal and the theives make money.
