Like last year it is only in the southern part of Moscone. Rather
limited buying opportunities (unless you want iPod accessories). Not
many places selling and no great deals that I saw. That isn't
counting show specials on products from their manufacturer /
publisher, I didn't look that closely to gauge that.
The Apple booth was all about the new computers and software, iPods
were only there in concert with some of the computers. As opposed to
last year when there was a long line of iPod Shuffles (since they had
just been introduced.) Several cars with their iPod interfaces were
on display.
There were several booths promoting music composition.
There was the usual game area but I only saw one or two vendors
selling any games (something I was looking for).
