The PC100 you can.  The other, well, drop it in.  If it works, it 
works.  If it doesn't, its probably PC66.  You won't hurt the 
computer, and I don't think you'll hurt the memory.  If it fails the 
RAM test at startup you might want to yank the plug from the back of 
the computer just in case.

Okay, is everybody clear here that you can use slower SDRAM in a 
faster machine?  Just like you can use 60ns SIMMs in a IIci? 
Frankly, I've heard enough here.  James' question was fair enough, 
but I've heard the "can i use G4 RAM in a G3" three times in two 
weeks.  Do we need a G-List FAQ here yet?>
