TechTool does (although I have a hard time getting it
to work right), and DiskWarrior does not. When I
bought DiskWarrior, it came bundled with
PlusOptimizer, which is a *very* good defragmenter,
and is probably worth buying, even if you have to buy
it separately. HTH
