The new pc133 ram is built on 32 x 8 architecture but the beige g3's
memory's bus manager can only see 16 x 8 archeture. That�s why its only
seeing half the ram. When buying ram look at the chip layout, its noted in
the description. Now maybe I didn�t word this real well but the idea is
there.
