i think this is a pure illustration of: whatever floats your boat.
as soon as we take these things out of the box and start installing stuff we
are altering the beast. it is no longer a G3...it is your version of it. and
with that altering comes the complexity of components that don't play very
well together. and it may come down to how it was loaded and what version
you have and on and on.
i am looking forward to OSX where at least on element of that beast gets
simplified...no more extensions.
