Don't know about Disk Warrior but TechTool Pro 255 has a good RAM test
procedure. But I believe that no software memory test tests each and every
address. I have read that both an Apple Tech and a MicroMat Tech [makers of
TechTool] recommend that to give your RAM a thorough test boot from the
System CD, and then run Graphing Calculator overnight in
Demo mode. That app is very memory intensive.
