You know why the USB card works? Win 98SE is older than Mac OS 9.1, and 
is therefore a later OS than Win 98 SE LOL ;)

Seriously though, I get annoyed with ppl who make USB cards that will 
work perfectly well in a Mac and refuse to support them. It's just 
because they can't be bothered to employ a Mac specialist to cover one 
item in their range. I never used a PC only card in my 7500 as I knew if 
it went wrong they'd just stick two fingers up at me :(
