I "found" a 266Mhz G3 that was allegedly dead. It won't boot from the
keyboard or from the front panel switch. I changed the battery, hit the
cuda, reformatted the hard drive and waved a dead chicken over it and
nothing...

But...

I noticed the two sets of jumpers in the back behind the left -most PCI
slot. The machine is jumpered for a Mac power supply (which it has). If I
momentarily short the PS/2 jumpers, it turns right over!! Any ideas as to
why it is doing this and how I can correct it?
