Cav'-EE-at, with accent on the first syllablem, as in "Cadillac." Both a's
are short, as in "packrat." Sort of rhymes with "copycat."

Latin for "Let him beware."

Get a copy of Microsoft's Bookshelf CD, which has a dictionary, thesaurus,
etc. and it will pronounce words like that for you.
