I had something similar happen with another company, ProDirect... The guys
you see with ads in the back of the mac magazines for hard drives, etc.

I don't buy everything from them (usually just external RAID solutions when
I have to recommend them to print shops,etc) but they did something
similar... Ie I bought a bunch of hard drivesfor one price, and the next day
(or two?) they were lowered... Called and asked and they gave me a credit.

Plus, whenever something has gone wrong with one of their RAID enclosures
(if anything, usually a fan) they've overnighted the parts out.

Anyone else have companies for mac stuff they really like? So far I've had
really good experiences with OWC, small dog, prodirect, DMS, outpost and
chipmerchant.
