Yes.
YOu have to call Umax, because there are some files that need to be thrown away and
the thing needs
to go directly into a wall socket and the USB port on the back of your machine. I had
tons of
trouble until I called and Tech support talked me into throwing away certain files and
plugging it
in right. Now I have no problems.
