That's kind of what I like about it OSX... Yeah you have the whole back to
the future thing, with the command line... But 95% of the people out there
will never use it, & just the fact that its there gives the mac so much
power for the people who need it.

Yes there is the whole command line thing, which I barely have a grasp on...
But if you want to use it, it's there... Ie, now I can run PHP & mySQL on my
old beige g3 for development! It's just so cool, being able to pull up a
website and see it all working by going to the localhost in my browser.

I just find it cool that yes right now you have to go into the command line
to install that new program, but as  macOS X matures and gains marketshare
they'll start taking the time to write packages and installers for it...
Same for mySQL, etc...

Heh, hopefully 10.1 will speed things up even further so its not torture
navigating with it on my older beige g3.
