Thanks to all for the feedback. Looks like USB for HD & CDRW is too slow.
ATA is best for $ but appaears to function internally & my DT case appears
full (altho it is stock apple, nothing added inside) which leaves external
firewire which I could move to the next machine (someday). Firewire looks
spendy tho at OWC.....I would like a large HD & CDRW both of course. Add it
all up & a new machine with all the goodies is looking better. Never ends,
does it!
