Has 2 small satellites for left & right stereo and a floor mounted sub woofer, all powered by 110 volts wall with a master volume control on the right satellite. NO tone controls and not USB, plugs into your broken sound out mini plug, which BTW is almost certainly easily fixable. You've bent the ground pin inside the case so now it doesn't make contact with the plug. open case & bend the flat metal contact back to inline with the hole, test for contact by pluging in the lead you used before. Price of Altec Lansing mentioned was $49.95 complete & way better sounding than sys costing twice that.......I've never heard the soundsticks to compare.
