I just picked up a TDK VeloCD 24/10/40x  at my local Costco on monday for
$134!
It works perfectly under OS 9.2.1 (it's Bootable) in my Beige G3 with 
Toast 5.1,
iTunes & Disk Burner using CDSpeed-Tools driver v5.7 from IntechUSA.
