Isn't the word "Autosensing" also used to refer to network parts that
automatically sense the speed of the network, be it 10 or 100?

That could be causing some confusions, since almost all modern ethernet
jacks autosense network speed, but only the few, the proud, autosense
whether a straight or crossover cable is needed.
