Heh, sorry I can get carried away. :) Someone else mentioned personal web sharing, and that's your best bet. Go to control panels> web sharing. Turn it on, and you'll see a "my address". All you have to do then is point the control panel to the website that holds your folder, and give people whatever comes up in "my address" ie http://128.xxx.xxx.xx/ and they'll be able to see it. You =may= have some problems, and if so your ISP may be blocking incoming port 80 (for a lot of reasons), or your router doesn't support it.
