One of my listeners sent me this:
Felt Tip Sound Studio is a nice $25 shareware app that is the only
replacement for sound edit 16 that I've found.  It's a nice, easy to use
full featured sound editing program. (in some ways I like it better than
soundedit)  And it's carbon!!
