You log into *your* iTools account via the iTools tab at <http://itools.mac.com>, click on the iDisk subtab and then type (or paste) the user's name (dominicpalazzola, in this case) into the Open Public Folder field and then click the button to open it. An iDisk public disk icon will mount on your desktop. Treat it like any other disk.
